Companies in the adult industry's Award Categories are submitted for nomination by the business community, after which official award nominees are announced. Judges then rate final nominees based on a number of different qualities/criteria. Winners are announced and presented with the coveted Crystal XBiz Award at the annual XBiz Awards ceremony in Hollywood.
